Apple Picking Havdallah for 6th – 8th graders

Saturday, October 5th 2019

We are so excited to invite your 6th, 7th, and 8th graders to our very first event of the school year! Join together with your friends from the Northwest to pick and harvest apples at camp and celebrate the 5780 New Year. We’ll have dinner, sing songs, and enjoy smore’s by the camp fire.

The $40 event fee covers round trip transportation from Seattle or Bellevue, dinner and snacks. Your camper will enjoy picking apples at camp, learning about the High Holy Days, and closing out Shabbat with Havdallah; all while reconnecting with friends from the summer and forming new friendships.

The event starts at 3:30pm at Camp Kalsman, and ends at 8pm. Bus transportation to and from camp is included in fee.

  • The Bellevue bus departs Temple B'nai Torah's parking lot at 2:00pm and will return at 9:30pm.
  • The Seattle bus departs Temple Beth Am's parking lot at 2:30pm and will return at 9:00pm
  • If you choose to drive your child to camp, please drop them off at camp at 3:30pm and pick them up from camp at 8:00pm.

Register online now to reserve your spot and ensure your camper maximizes their Camp Kalsman fun all year round!
