- November 5th, 2020: New URJ Congregation Member campers

- November 30th, 2020: New campers from families not affiliated with a URJ Congregation

Applications will be processed in the order they are received on a space-availability basis.

Deposit: A non-refundable administrative deposit of $200 per camper/per session will be required at time of registration via electronic payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or E-Check).

Payment Schedule: After your application is accepted and deposit paid, 25% of tuition is due by January 24th, 2021. By March 25th, an additional 50% of tuition is due (75% of tuition paid). Final payment is due by April 24th. You are welcome to pay all or part of your camp fees prior to that date. Payment deadlines are flexible for those seeking scholarship assistance. Please contact to make special payment arrangements. Camp tuition fees include all camp activities, camp t-shirt, and canteen.

Payment Options: Payments may be made by E-check, Paper Check, Debit Card (all without surcharge) and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and Discover). Families that choose to pay by Credit Card will incur a non-refundable 2.75% credit card processing fee. To avoid this surcharge, you are encouraged to pay by E-check or Debit Card. See our credit card policy for more details.

Cancellation: If you cancel before March 25th, 2021 you will receive a full refund minus the $200 administrative deposit. Cancellation between March 25th and May 9th will receive 75% refund. Cancellation after May 9th will forfeit all fees, with some exceptions (see list of exceptions in our complete Terms & Conditions here). Camp reserves the right to make any eligible refund in multiple installments as determined by Camp.

Travel Protection Insurance: Families are highly encouraged to sign-up for travel insurance in order to protect their investment and plan for the unexpected. You can purchase and pay for it as part of your Camp Kalsman online registration. Please see this page for policy details and cost:

Forms Once your camper has been accepted for Summer 2021, their required Camper Health & Info forms will be available to complete on-line via your CampInTouch account. These forms must be completed no later than May 1st, 2021. For the Medical Examination Form, a physical exam is required within twelve months of the camper’s arrival at Camp. Families who have not completed all of their forms by June 1st, 2021 will incur a fee of $50 per camper unless an explicit exception has been made by the Camp in writing.

Vaccination Policy The URJ Camping system considers camp safety and public health as matters of utmost importance. The vaccination of all members of the camp community ranks as a key component in maintaining a safe environment and in decreasing the risk of transmission of contagious illness. Accordingly, the URJ Camping system requires that any member of the camp community in residence receive up-to-date, age-appropriate immunizations. The complete list of required immunizations and exemptions can be found on our website here.

Complete Terms & Conditions: As the final step in the online registration process, you will be asked to indicate your agreement with our Terms & Conditions. Please click here to review them before you begin the online registration process. They will be visible and available for your review when you apply online, but we recommend you review them here before you begin.

If your desired session is marked “closed” please register your child for that session (by clicking Register Now above) and your child will automatically be placed on the waiting list in the order received. You will not be charged the $200 deposit. Should a spot open in that session, we will contact you right away to verify that you would like to move forward with taking the spot. Should you elect to take the spot, you will be charged the $200 at that time.
Sibling Discount - If you have more than one child from your immediate family enrolled, we will apply a $50 discount to each additional child.

First-Time Camper Grants - One Happy Camper, through the Foundation for Jewish Camp, provides for up to $1,000 for a child's first summer at camp. Please note that many families live in an area where One Happy Camper grants are administered by a local federation or other organization.
